Today’s exercise comes from leading business coach, Ali Brown. It involves writing in your journal so you know I’m going to love it. It’s short and sweet: each and every day, write down 3 successes. They don’t have to be big, but you want to keep track of them to keep you on the rich life trajectory. Think of things like exercising, returning a dreaded phone call, organizing your desk, writing a thank-you note or eating a salad instead of a burger for lunch. This habit will help you remember to do some of the icky tasks you tend to put off because you want to have 3 successes to write about every day. Speaking of which, I have some calls to return and some thank-you notes to write!
