Passion Fruit Writing: Exercise 3, Day 6

This is the last exercise of Passion Fruit Writing. I hope for you it's the beginning of a profitable habit of daily writing. I'm posting this a little bit later than usual.

Passion Fruit Writing, Exercise 3, Day 5

Whoa, can you believe it, we're almost at the end of Passion Fruit Writing! This has been a great opportunity for you to explore using your journal to move your life along to a higher level of contribution, and of happiness.

Passion Fruit Writing, Exercise 3, Day 4

Today's Passion Fruit Writing assignment is short, but powerful. Actually all of these exercises have deep potential to offer you great value.

Passion Fruit Writing, Exercise 3, Day 3

Welcome back. You may be wondering if the exercises in Passion Fruit Writing are a randomly selected hodge podge of writing cues. Well, in a way, yes, and in a way, no. I picked out from my tool box of dozens of writing exercises a few for you to play with. But there is a bit of meaning in the madness. Week 1 was about reconnecting with your past. There is a part of you that never changes, regardless of your age, health, or any other physical condition.

Passion Fruit Writing: Questions Answered

We are all pencils in the hand of a writing God who is sending love letters to the world. Mother Teresa of Calcutta I've had a few questions emailed to me so I thought I would answer them here so you all could benefit.

Week Three: Make Your Life So You!

Writing runs through my life like a river.

Passion Fruit Writing: Exercise 2, Day 6

To take a look at what we've done so far....we spent a week writing about our favorite movies, books, characters and themes. Then we switched gears and explored our concepts of beauty, and actually took action (aka Tiny Changes) to make our bedrooms and work spaces more appealing. These two trains of thought -- story themes and beauty -- may not seemed interrelated, much less relevant to a happy life.

Reminder of 5 Radical Reasons to Write

Passion Fruit Writing has been a fun project -- I really enjoy getting to share these exercises with you. And there's still one more week of this, and I wanted to take a break and revisit why to do this in the first place. 1. Writing gets you clarity. If you're not sure about what you want, you're not likely to get it. That's true for things we want to have, to experience and the way we want to be. Clarifying your preferences brings you closer to them. 2. The page is always there for you.

Week Two: Tiny Changes Create a New Reality.

Welcome back! Today's lesson is short; we're continuing on the theme of the power of beauty to inspire, restore and renew. Some of you are contacting me by email with questions you want to ask anonymously. That is fine.
